How the prints are made, how they travel, and how to keep them well — written plainly, in the order the questions tend to come.
Every item is made for your order, so the total is production plus delivery. Production takes two to five working days. Delivery after that is three to six working days within Germany, five to ten across the EU, and ten to twenty for the rest of the world.
Yes. Germany is €5.99 standard or €9.99 express, and free from €55. The rest of the EU is €13.99, and the countries we ship to beyond it are €19.99. Outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may be charged on delivery by your local authority; these are not included in the price and are payable by the recipient.
A tracking number is issued automatically the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier, and sent to the email address on the order.
Every print is a giclée in archival pigment on enhanced matte paper of 200 gsm — a heavy, uncoated stock chosen because it holds a fine line cleanly and does not glare under a lamp.
Tote bags are 340 gsm natural cotton canvas with reinforced seams. Bottles are double-walled vacuum-insulated stainless steel, 600 ml. Coasters come in sets of four on cork-backed hardboard. Notebooks are A5, twin-wire spiral bound on 120 gsm cream paper. Full composition and care details sit on each product page.
Prints are offered unframed, or in natural oak or black ash. The frames are solid wood with a clean profile and glazed, and add no extra handling time to your order.
Yes. As a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Use the “Withdraw from contract” button in the footer, or send us any clear statement to that effect. The full terms, including who bears the return postage, are set out in our Right of Withdrawal notice.
Your statutory warranty rights apply in full and are unaffected by the withdrawal right above. Write to us with a photograph and we will replace the item or refund you at no cost to you.
Posters: handle by the edges, keep out of direct sunlight, and frame behind glass or acrylic for long display. Tote bags: machine wash cold and hang to dry. Bottles are hand wash only and not dishwasher-safe. Coasters wipe clean with a damp cloth.
