The heart opened, which is the only way to see what it actually is: four rooms, not one. Two take blood in, two push it out, and the valves between them are what make the whole arrangement run in a single direction.

Pigment print on 189 gsm matte paper, behind acrylite in a 1.9 cm ayous wood frame from renewable forests. Hanging hardware included. Three sizes: 30 × 46, 46 × 61 and 61 × 91 cm.
